Rancho La Quinta Country Club – Home Price Index

RLQ Prices are down slightly since 2022 peak

After peaking in early 2022, home values in Rancho La Quinta Country Club (based on a price per square foot) are down about 7% from $568 to $528 per square foot.  Casitas are down 2% from $404 to $396 per square foot.
